Week7
this week in the studio i've done the interface , thanks god!!!!!!
i came to uni at 9:00 , because anthing i've done on my computet couldn't run on Monash computer!!! therefore i need to redo every thing .
we almost finish this assignment and Gary will finalize second assignment and sumbit on next week.
program is coming!! need spending lots of time on it. therfore time management is really important.
this week in lecture we've learnt how to code security system. i need go home and read case study. however i don't think that method can let user register account on-line. which means any new user has to provide both user name and password to IT professional???!!!!
i don't think so.
Week 6
This week , we've done our second presentation, i thought our group had a huge improvement, well done every one!!!
i think the main reason is we did lots of practices and already known what we would talk.
we almost finished the interface design and begin to recreate the database, basically we will go through the existing one and only pick up the useful inforfmation.
programming is coming!! i know that is the core section and need spend quite long time working on it.
Anyone can tell me why i coudn't run the application on Monash server? that is one problem i wasvery worried about it.
and also i want to know how to design security systeme as soon as possible.
do we need to design search engine? because we havn't learn that before. hopfull we will working on that part in next week.
Week5
This week , our group began doing the design sepcification.
in studio, Joey and i briefly designed the interface of the website, we analysised the whoel web-base system and divided it into 4 sections .
one thing i was confused about the login system, in lecture, Peter told us he would teach us how to link to Monash existing security system, but i thought the better way to teach us how to built a new indepent one!!! that 's really useful , becasue in my opinion , the security is big issue need to consider to built any web-base system.
other thing is the format, i've seen soem of group using web- application but some of them still using window application!! which one we have to use????????????????
never mind! i think we are on the right track,keke
during the weekened , i will try to make the layout of website looks professional, the .Net frawork is really powerful to develop the functions of the website, unfortunity the interface of this application is so boring!!!! Only the urgly drab colour, i don't like it.
Better using dreamwaver to work on the visual things.
well, we need to prepare next week presentation before next Thursday.
looking at the topic: "Project management " AGAIN!!! oh my goodness, can we just skip it and continue to the rest steps??

Week4
This week, hmm...nothing was special .
we just continued working on assignment. we've done 4 different modellings , the main idea we just follwed what we did last semester, almost the same structure.
thanks God, we already completed 90% of first assognment.
what we have to do next?? well, i think it 's time to look at the orginal database. that's quite complex, (i mean only the menu). simple way, obtain all the data from the database and built a new one. i really hate to spent long time to understand that stupid structure!!!! really wasting time.
one thing interesting is Gary, he designed class diagram for the project, i never used that before , lovely!! it is amazing.
i think our project team is really good. (i mean the quality of the tasks).
unfortunately only one member (better not tell u the name) i really have no idear about why he can't deliver the work on time?! he was very relaxed all the time,looked like he had nothing to do after school, but........................
hmm, i should better talik to him
overall well done everyone!!!
Week3
Today, we done the presentation, basiclly i thought it was no bad , but we have lots of parts need to improve .
firstly i was very surprised about other group's PowerPoint slides were quite profiessional. this was good inspiration for us
secondly before presentation, we should do some practice, and take some notes that's good to remind us what's next and what information should we talk
All these points are the weakness of our team. "some things you won't know if you don't do it"
through the activity, it tell us how to doing better and what important things we missed.
i will design logo and templete for our slides to make it looks prefessional ly and i believe we will do better next time.
the next things which we have to do is producing one diagrams for each member and try to analysis and understand the business process.
This week, a little conflict in our group, the main reason i thin kis the different point of view , that is normal problem la.. no worries
this week one thing i was very confused about what form of system we need to produce. because Peter told us that was Windows form. but from other groups presentation sounds like web-base. haha, i am afraid i have to rewrite the oppurtunity and limitation , that is important, very different view have to deal with internet issues .
the othere thing i think that is we can consider the past experiences to assist us do the project , but not whole of them. actually that's not same style as last semester, but still a few standpoint can be inherited.
